We accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect custom 3D crystal products within 30 days of delivery.
Non-defective custom or personalized items are final sale.

If your crystal arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us within 30 days.
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue an exchange once the defect is confirmed.

Customers are not required to return non-defective custom items.
Returns and exchanges are accepted by mail.
